Do these wheel spacers come with four? or only two?

The wheel spacers will come with 4 pcs.

I have the 06 lexus is350 i really don’t wanna have to cut down the studs on my car to make the 20mm spacers to fit . will i have too ?

Not all the car need to cut down the studs. You coud measure thw length of your vehicle studs. If the length is exceed the spacer thickness. You need to cut it.

Can this fit on 2012 Acura Tsx? Amazon fitment shows its not compatible

I’m not sure to be honest I brought them for my 07 Camry hybrid. You’ll just have to see about the fitment because the inch spacer was making me scrap heavily in the back. So I have 1 inch spacer in the front then 0.5 in the back. You’ll just have to buy it and see it if fits n if it don’t just return it.
