How much for the set? Do you sell in bigger quantities at a bettet price break?

We will be offering sets on marketplaces such as Amazon once we are able to restock. We also offer wholesale typically however right now due to the state of the supply chain we can not offer any discounts at any volume. The supply chain for latex has been severely disrupted, production runs currently take 6x longer than normal due to the demand for the raw materials that is shared with medical gloves which are also in high demand. This combined demand spike has caused a shortage for latex which is needed to manufacture these bands and consequently there will likely be shortages for at least the next year. Hope this helps, we do plan to launch sets of bands on marketplaces, we offer 4 sets currently (Orange Purple) (Orange Purple Yellow) (Orange Purple Yellow Red) (All 7 bands), however this has not been rolled out to marketplaces quite yet, we hope to be able to do that as soon as we can complete another production run.

I weight 125 should i get a blue or green band?

Hi, can you tell us a little more about what you are using the band for, then we can make a recommendation for you. I personally use them for warmup, travel, and events so the blue, green and black are out of my league even though I am 6'0 235lbs. I like the Orange and purple for shoulder warmups and rotator cuff, the purple for biceps and triceps, the yellow for heavy biceps, squats, and deadlifts, and the red for squats and deadlifts.

If you are using them as a pullup band, it would be important to know your experience with doing pullups such as are you doing them currently but need assistance or you plan to start doing them and haven't done them in awhile, etc. The green band has a LOT of tension so on a 125lb person it will take your whole weight fully stretched so you should be able to do pullups with virtually no effort. For those who aren't quite sure, I usually recommend buying a combination of bands like the Orange - Purple - Yellow - Red, this way you can combine them if one band isn't the strength you need. If you buy one band, you only get one tension strength range but if you buy two, you can use each one by itself, or both as a combination. For instance, instead of buying the Blue, you can buy the purple and yellow which equal the blue. Then if you need that tension you can use both bands together, if that is too much, use the yellow by itself..etc.

Which band would be best for assisted pull up as well as running resistance? Thank you

I like to recommend the red band for assisted pullups...you can adjust your foot or feet to adjust the tension. The first four bands are the most useful I think and you can always stack them for more resistance. I'm 230lbs and use the orange for side and front shoulder raises...purple and yellow for bicep and tricep and deadlift...red for deadlift and body squat with extra resistance. Above the red we only suggest for more advanced lifters that need very heavy tension.
