Heckers Unbleached All Purpose Flour 5 lbs

Flour arrived well package and looks fresh. Expiration date is good. This company looks to me like they really care about quality. I am still using up my older flour and looking forward to trying. Heckers lunbleached flour.

I bought a bag because it's Ina Garten's favorite flour. She is right! (As always) . This is an outstanding flour. Everything turns out delicate with great texture. I really can tell the difference from what I was using. And I was using a very popular and good flour but this one is even better. I'm sticking with it

Hackers is the best and really coats whatever you are cooking

I have tried so many kinds of flours and even bought sprouted breads. I also tried gluten free. None work with my psoriasis. This flour doesn't make me itch. I eat too much 😊. I love it so much. I make cake, dumplings etc. I mix it with hecker whole wheat. Thank God I found this flour.

This was a pretty expensive 5 lbs of flour. Though I know flour is not available readily at this time. Delivery was quick

This flour is a good quality. I use it for homemade bread, pizza dough, and rolls. Sometimes I mix it with “00” flour for excellent Italian bread.
