I really needed it a little larger

I like to cook potatoes or mushrooms when I cook steak. This lets me have 450 for steaks and indirect for potatoes or mushrooms. While not designed for baskets other than theirs; it works well in the Big Green Egg basket I have. (When it wears out, I’ll buy their basket.) I probably have 1/3 (vs 1/2) of the basket with no charcoal. The charcoal leans against it holding it in place. If I didn’t have an almost-new basket, I’d have bought the basket and divider.

Slightly smaller than the original Big Green Egg fire grate and not quite as thick. Does however fit in the fire bowl. Hopefully it will last OK with the heat it will be subjected to.
