KING TR1000 Tripod Mount for KING Tailgater and Quest Satellite Antennas

It is sturdy and light weight, and stores in a small space. Some people use screws to hold their receiver on this stand. I found that small zip ties work great and keep you from having to drill holes in it.

This was very easy to put up and install my King Tailgater pro Dish satellite on. It keeps the satellite dish up off the ground for better reception and tuning. It comes with a nice carry bag for storage and transport.

This tripod worked very well once I added a trio of security hold down straps to secure the antenna to the tripod. Without the attachments it would be very easy to fall off during windy days. The attachments could be very simple and easily fashoned by the purcheser. I did not want to use screws that required tools to secure the antenna.

I use this with my portable King Dome when in my RV. Much netter than putting the dome on the ground or something else. I was concerned that the dome does not fasten to the tripod, it just sits in the three tabs, however it seems to be steady and works fine.

Perfect for setup of device, easy to use and price point is great.

This was a perfect fit for Our Dish Tailgator! As an extra caution against the possibility of wind gusts Blowing the Dish Tailgator off this stand I drilled 2 holes and installed stainless screws and washers. The "North End" is held firmly in place without any hardware needed. The legs seem sturdy and the pegs through the holes secure it to the ground.

This goes to Florida with me. works great!
