Does this have any fragrance. Other brands thtat I have used have a menthol or camphor fragrance that makes me sneeze, which defeats the purpose

It has a type of aloe fragrance to it. It is not like camphor or menthol at all.

Has the formula changed? I’ve been using for years . Now it has a grassy smell that I can’t stand!

Does this tube come with a nozzle so you can spay it into your nose?

Get the Neilmed nasal gel pump spray. It is not only easily administered, but the gel has staying power unlike a typical saline spray, so your nasal passages will stay moist longer.

Can i use this with oxegyn use?

It is just a gel, I use it with a C-Pap machine and there is no problem. I don't know about Ox. Machine, but would seem to me OK. Please check with your doctor!
