Looks amazing, lets be honest, thats why you spent all this money! Its good quality toaster, the settings work as expected and my bread is toasted evenly on both sides.

Bought this as I already had the kettle and was waiting for my old toaster to die before getting this one. Sage products are a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. They are very sturdy and worth the price. I think they look good too.

The toaster is beautifully designed and built (I absolutely love its retro look), makes various kinds of toasts well, and Amazon's customer service was flawless.

Solidly made and more even toasting that others I've had. I've been used it for over 6 months now and like it very much aside from one problem - a single slice of toast often gets thrown out of the toaster. The spring is too strong. I'm writing this review having just retrieved a piece of toaster from the kitchen counter and cleared up the crumbs. Annoying.

Toasted my first slice today. White bread setting. Dial at 3 and it came out beautifully golden, evenly gold & crispy. It was my home made white loaf. Slice was about 3/4 of an inch. I will add more over time. P.S The dimensions are wrong on Sage website, Amazon and any review that’s just copied the dimensions from the manufacturers website. It says that it’s H 34.1cm, W 20.9cm, D 20cm. The height and width are muddled up. It is definitely not 34.1 CM high or you would have very little room under the cupboards above the worktop to get the toast in an out. The width is 34.1cm and height is 20.9 cm.

Not a cheap toaster but we are very pleased with its look, it’s extra toasting options and it is happily very good at toasting brown bread.
