Does this tea stain your teeth blue?

It could potentially stain your teeth purple with enough of it consumed as tea, but If you are taking it for health I don't see why you would mix it with water. Dosage is roughly 1 gram per dose. I just put the small amount of powder on my tongue and swallow... doesn't even touch my teeth.

How much of a tsp is a gram?

The product I ordered came in today and it’s a powder form, not a capsule. 1/4 teaspoon is 1.42 grams though, so you can go from there to increase or decrease your dosage

Can you purchase these in capsules?

Just measure out one quarter teaspoon and mix with a little applesauce or yogurt or pudding etc. This brand is most effective.
