**Q: Picture differs from description**
A: When I ordered this the description and the picture matched. I would just make sure the "Style" shows the one you want to order.  Either butterfly or bug should show as the "Style".

**Q: How to return ?**
A: If you go into your orders you should be able to return the item if it's not past 30 days

**Q: My daughter is 4 years old and 42 inches tall (maybe an inch or so taller now). Would this work for her heightwise?**
A: Yes worked perfectly for my 3 1/2 year old grandaughter
