The color was vivid and stood out on even my pale skin. I did buy a sealant spray to ensure that it held once it dried, but it lasted most of the day. I've worn the costume twice: once without any jacket over where the paint lasted for 12+ hours and once with a jacket, where it faded a bit each time I put on the jacket over the paint. I can probably get another 2-3 uses out of the tube as well.
