No it has not been tested for spray foam or any type of insulation

Does this remain flexible?

What did you want to apply it to? This is a coating so like most coatings it sits on top on the surface and with sufficient enough of movement can cause cracking in the coating.

It advertises as being a color base. How would we get it colored? Would that have to be done by a separate company?

Hello Jean, That is correct you would need to have it tinted through another supplier (Homedepot or Lowes) Check with Homedepot, you can purchase our product direct from them and they can tint at your nearest store location.
