Mine shattered as well and became a choking hazard quickly. The company has a no return/refund/replace policy, but after contacting Amazon, they refunded my money.

Length and width of the LARGE chews?

Various widths average is one inch.. length is six inches .. my terroir loves them but takes a while to soften one end however she is a small dog
