I've used this machine at least 5 times a day for 8 months and it's still like brand new
Works great and is built tough! Ive put this little machine through the ringer and it crushes ice like the first time I used it. Easy to use and cleans up nice! One thing is I added some suction cups to the bottom so it doesn't move around when pulling the handle down.

Very Good Purchase
To be honest, I didn't have much hope in this working since it was the 3rd one I purchased. I'm happy to admit, it works great and I love having the different settings since we all like our ice different sizes. I highly recommend.

Excellent
This is a fantastic mid grade shaved ice machine. Very easy to use, flip the lid and the motor stops running to refill. The switch is covered with clear rubber and it has a heavy duty cord. I use a dish drying mat under the machine for melting ice. Tip machine to drain out any water after cleaning dry. We used torani fruit flavored syrups and I made a few of my own syrup blends too.

Heavy duty noisy workhorse!
It does a 👍 job of shaving ice quickly. It's extremely heavy duty and weighs quite a bit. I believe it will last a long time. However, I'm deducting 1 star cause it's so noisy. I know it's professional grade, but it's really loud. Eady to use for adults, wouldn't trust young kids using it alone to make snow cones. Finally, I feel it's a good value for the price. I only purchased cause it was 14 percent off, and I wanted a snow cone machine.

looks great but i havent use it yet
the shaving ice machine looks very strong and heavy duty, i havent used it yet, kids are not home for the holydays. i will try to remember posting another review as soon as i use it. but for the price i paid and the product so far ist a great buy

Don't Buy.. Broken In 4 months and couldn't contact Company
It's inside crusher is broken in 4 months and we couldn't find anything about the company in online for warranty and amazon customer service couldn't do anything about it
