Super easy to set up. I don't agree to have to pay to remote monitor the cameras, but they work fine off a regular TV with the HDMI port and a cable.

My goal was a good home security camera system. But I had no desire to sign up for another subscription. Although this system definitely strives to get you to sign up for their cloud monthly subscription, it still works well without. 3 TB hard drive gives me about 60 days of recording with 4 cameras. The mobile app is good. The cameras are good. The price is great for value. I’m happy. The one thing that drove me crazy was I could not get the nvr to detect the hard drive. Dumb on my part, but the plugs for the cameras look exactly like the one for the nvr. The one for the nvr has a small sticker on the cable. Didn’t even see it. Use that one for the nvr. It’s a 2amp power cable which is needed to run the hard drive.

UPDATE: I’ve had my system 16 months now. Up until this week it’s been great. I would encourage anyone to purchase the extended warranty. Just this week I’ve had 2 cameras go bad with in days of each other. I purchased this system to replace an older one. Set up was very easy and cameras came already paired to the NVR. Picture quality is great both daytime and night vision. The app is loaded with tools and I also have it connected to a TV monitor. The fact the NVR is WiFi capable gave me more choices for placement. I can not express how pleased I am with customer support. I had additional questions and they always replied to email or returned a phone call. I highly recommend this system. I also bought an additional PTZ camera and I’m just as pleased with it.

I am very happy with the outcome of this purchase! These cameras and NVR system work really well day and night! The video is very crisp and clear and with a 3 TB hard drive I get almost 2 months worth of HD video recorded so I have peace of mind that nothing will be deleted of I need it a week or 2 later! I've actually used the cameras to find stuff I've lost by going back to the day I used it and replaying the video and watch where I put it! The system I bought worked so well that I recommended them to a friend, he was impressed and he bought the same system! The motion detection works really well and pushes alerts to your phone or email! I went ahead and bought 3 more cameras to my system and they were very easy to add (you literally just click the button to search for new cameras and click add! I've been running it over a year now and have had zero issues other than user error. For the money this system is worth every penny! It has worked very well for me and I trust it when I am gone from the house! Customer service has been really good and accommodating too!

I installed these at a gated community. The wireless function allowed me to place them without having to run communication wire and just plug into local power. The installation and programming were very easy. Quality and clarity are excellent. Highly recommend.

I purchased this system on February 5, 2024. It worked great until about 2 weeks ago. The NVR stopped working, the red power light was on and it sounded like it was working but the System and Record lights do not come on and it’s does not connect to the network. I unplugged the power and plug it back in, it would work for about 5 minutes. I thought it might be getting hot so I purchased a cooling fan for it to sit on, still does not work. Now it doesn’t work at all. Now I have to find another NVR that works with the cameras unless the company replaces the NVR.

Easy to set up but not really good cameras. It's just okay for the price.

Find it very nice and easy to install. It has been doing a great job for me. I can monitor my house locally and remotely.

Pros: Seems like a well built system, very easy and user friendly to setup. Cons: Video quality is very bad, connected by a 1m long ethernet cable (provided) on a 500mbps wired internet connection. The video above is from 7 ft (2m) away only, in broad daylight. I couldnt imagine being able to make out a face from 10 meters away in case of identifying thieves, let alone at night when the lights are off. - 2nd pic is a screenshot of my laptop webcam from the same distance as a comparison. - 10ft long cables are good, but with no adapters for extension. That's usually needed as these aren't always setup near a power outlet, you will either need to use bulky extension cords, or cut the wire and add to it (which im sure will void the warranty). I had high hopes for this brand, but it seems it's subpar quality. Will be returning and never trying it again.
