I bought this watch as a gift for a close friend and the first time that he opened it to wear, he went to wind and set the watch and the winder unexpectedly came out. We didn't return it, because we decided to take it to a watch/ jewelry repair that I trust and use often, rather than bother to return it, with the idea that it was a easy fix, but nevertheless due to the fact that this was not a cheap purchase in price, the quality should be as up to par, so the incident should not have occurred in my opinion. I kinda felt a little embarrassed due to this being a gift and thi situation happened and that would be my particular grip, other than that it is a very nice looking watch and my friend was anictionally appreciative and moved by the gesture. It looked in- person as well as the online profile
