No. Farkle rules are not included.

Do these contain any pvc? i want laser grave them and pvc can damage the laser.

The cups have thin velvet felt inside and nice leatherette outside sides and bottom of cups. There is no information on the composition of actual Inside cup . The rim is the only plastic showing. I would call it plastic. Maybe contact manufacturer. Whole cup encased In leatherette.

These look great. Are colors other than blue available?
