Items delivered are not as shown. Resistance level is not indicated on the band and the level of resistance on all 3 bands is similar, very light resistance and not much use for serious exercise. Would avoid this product.

All bands are the same level of intensity, the quality is very poor. Used the blue band once and it’s already unravelling at the seem. Do not recommend.

Do not stretch as picture
The pictures show that these bands can extend and stretch more that they actually do. Pictures are so different. The actual ones don’t really extend to that extent

Good resistance band, much better than rubber
Much more comfortable than the rubber fitness bands. They don’t slip and move about, so much easier to use without the constant stopping to readjust. Good variance in the three bands allowing a change in resistance and something to work towards. Hardest one gives a really good challenge. Cosmetically nicely made and decent looking too. Imagine they will last well.
