My hair is silver but my brows are still brown (and I'm very fair complexioned). Regular brown shades look too warm or red for me -- the charcoal is more grey/taupe in tone while still being brown. A neutral ash brown, I'd say. I like the lighter color best, but both shades work great. My brow issue is my brow tails/ends have sort of disappeared, not sure if this is from over-plucking when I was young (I'm 58) or just a natural part of aging. I use an angled brow brush to draw on the tails/ends and it blends perfectly with my existing brow color while still complementing my silver hair. I am pleased with the color and its staying power. I bought this a year ago and still have plenty left, but now I've just purchased a second one to stock up -- having found a brand and shade I like, I wanted an extra! A++++

Super good swatched next to Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Brown and exact dupe highly recommend. Yesss buy this. Super good. I have almost no eyebrows, oily sweaty skin that makeup just disappears and when you have no eyebrows and have to draw them on you need makeup to stay. So I use ABH dip brow pomade and brow powder on top since everything smears off. But color is a dupe for ABH Brow Powder. I bought this & went to Sephora and bought OG powder duo and exact dupe no joke. Highly recommend this powder. I bake eyebrows with loose translucent setting powder. Then comb out most powder. Then line eyebrows and draw with pomade. Then bake with white powder again. Then use this eyebrow powder to set the brown color in. You can mix both colors for darker look (just swipe across both colors) or lighter color for inner eyebrow then darker color for rest of eyebrow.

This is my total honest opinion. I had been using the Anastasia Beverly brows duo powder thing just like this one, But this is soooo much better! The colors are rich and it goes on so much easier and is way better than the other brand name one for half the cost. I’ll be buying another one of this!

The pic is not accurate, this is much darker. I'm debating whether to send it back. First of all, compact means that everything is compactly in one place. A compact typically comes with an applicator & the description title says a dual end brush is included. There's no brush with this so defeats the purpose of a compact - which is to avoid having to lay out all your tools on a counter. People who apply makeup in cars need compacts - true compacts. It does have a mirror which is nice and appropriate for a compact. Second thing I notice is the pictures in the display appear to be switched on the charcoal & the dark brown. I ordered charcoal & its not the dark brown that is displayed as charcoal. There's really not any directions with it pertaining to how to use this particular product. there is an instruction sheet that talks about other products and what tools you can use to apply those products. So I have no idea if this is only to be applied dry or if you can apply it wet. Normally powders would be wet first for a better application. But there's no instruction here at all. Very disappointed after ordering brown with a brush.

While color on packaging does not match the color the actual powder, I'm glad I got the Warm Brown color. I needed something to replace Clinique Eyebrow shaper pressed powder in taupe (which unfortunately was discontinued). This product seems to do just as good a job as the more expensive. I was a little wary about this product, as it was only $5, but so far, I'm happy with the product. Note: it does not come with applicator (so I used the applicator that was included with my old Clinique Eyebrow shaper).

Love the half of light brown and dark brown.
