I was actually wondering why my allergies weren't as bad as usual around this time of year and I think it was because this CLA actually has some immune support. But the initial reason I started taking this product was because after Halloween, I didn't like the added fat I was accumulating and I wanted to get a jump start on my New Year's resolution, (Christmas just ended, and I am down 6lbs down since Thanksgiving). I started exercising and doing cardio in early November, but I wasn't noticing much results. I was even eating cleaner but the fat was just being stubborn until after Thanksgiving, when I started taking this CLA. I have been losing about 1lb - 2lbs a week which for me is pretty good because I don't really have too much fat, just a pair of thick love handles.
