Do these have a blender pencil like Prismacolor?

The pencils do not come with a blender pencil and to my knowledge Crayola does not make a blender pencil. I use my colorless Prisma blender with this set of pencils. It works great.

Is there a difference between these and the crayola artist colored pencils? the packaging makes them sound different, but they look the same, so is there actually a difference?

These are different than the standard ‘original’ Crayola colored pencils. These have a more intense pigment for a bolder looking stroke and less wax content reducing the way the Original’s would have a ‘shiny’ look when filling in a large area of color. The colors themselves are nearly identical to Original Crayola; but the Signature series pencils are smoother and more like a real artisan quality soft lead colored pencil set- like the old Spectracolor Design pencils~ This set is worth the low cost for the high quality you’re getting

When applying pencils to paper, does it remain on the paper without residue, or does some dust fall off the paper? ..In case I'd want to frame it?
