These really do give you energy, I have adhd and can't always afford taking my meds. I take my meds early in the morning and another later in the day but I try to make my meds last because it's hard times and I've been on and off insurance all my life so sometimes I take just one in the morning and skip the afternoon. When afternoon approaches I get a little tired and can't focus, I have to skip my meds and this helps (doesn't replace just helps) push me through the day. Sometimes my meds keep me up at night too so it's another reason I'd skip them if I really need sleep and again this stuff is a nice push to get you till bedtime without ruining your productive day. They're very very very easy to swallow, I hate taking pills with a burning passion, I hate that I have to have a meal with them or the fact that I have a lot of vitamins that I'm supposed to be taking but I procrastinate because I hate the heavy feeling, or I'm not ready to eat, or I just don't have the mental capacity to take my vitamins. These are just one squirt and go, you feel the effects within minutes and you know that it's working versus taking a pill and the heavy feeling drowns out the feeling of the benefits and not knowing if they're working or not. The taste is great, even if it wasn't it goes down the throat so easily that if it tasted bad it would be gone so quick that I wouldn't even notice. Sometimes it's so easy that I believe I messed up somewhere because it's just THAT easy. The best part about these drops is it's recommended on an empty stomach, I don't have to force myself to eat for vitamins. Highly recommend. HIGHLY.

The vitamin gave energy and am well pleased. The taste is soothing and the best I’ve tried yet.

These have a good flavor and I feel good when I take them. I don't specifically notice an energy boost but I do feel more focused when I take the drops.

I use it daily but I just noticed the date on the bottom of mine. This is a new unopened bottle. I only checked because I just finished the last bottle and turned upside in sink to wash and save. I’m going to use it but I’m considering switching to a brand that doesn’t sell expired products.

So here I am recently trying this after having it for a long time. Lol The taste is super too sweet, but I'd rather taste that some some medications/supplements.once you get past that, BOY! Even after a day I felt like total crap, once I took 4 droppers of this stuff, as it says to take, I had steady energy and felt more focused than ever before! I normally have low energy and brain fog and this stuff gave me the energy I needed without needing to grab an energy drink. Love that!

I've taken a lot of supplements in liquid form before this one. Tasting the vitamins, herbs etc does not bother me. I've drunk some pretty potent oriental teas, no problem. This stuff? Makes me gag! It the WORST thing I've ever tasted! It's called "wildberry" but apparently they poisoned the berries. I'm on my 5th day thinking that I'll get used to it and nope. Waste of money.

These Vit b12 drops are just what I need when getting through a night shift as a critical care RN- when I feel that bone deep fatigue I take 4 dropper full under the tongue and let it absorb as long as I can for quickest absorbency , especially helpful for my drive back home after my shift, which can be litteraly lifesaving
