The description of this item says .43 Pints which is 7 ounces. However, the picture of the container says 27.5 ounces. Which is it?

The WEST Systems products are sold in several sizes. 7 oz round cans, 32 oz rectangular cans as shown here, and large rectangular cans of 126 oz. Try to confirm the size you are buying.

Shelf life of 205 hardener? My cured epoxy (105+205) is soft, gooey, even when measured exactly with a syringe.

I believe 105 resin takes a higher proportion of hardener than 205 resin. Check the directions.

How much faster than the "slow" hardener does the "fast" one cure?

On the manufacturer's website states cure time is 6 to 8 hours. The pot life at 72 degrees Celsius has 6 to 12 minutes to work with.

Will the pumps work on the smaller 7 fl oz cans ?

I believe that if you purchase the set of 3 pumps, the smallest will fit the smallest container which is, I think, a pint. If you don't routinely use something like an eighth cup or more, you might want to consider buying some syringes from a farm supply store (a 60ml syringe for the resin and a 12 ml for the hardener). I recommend these sixes because the epoxy is mixed at a 5:1 ratio of resin to hardener and syringes of these sizes mix one major increment of one to one major increment of the other.
