I've been looking to 'downsize' my vitamins as I realised I had way too many in my routine and these supplements looked like the perfect option! Contains a mixture of Vit D, Vit C, Folic Acid, Tumeric, Ginger Root Extract, Elderberry and more which I believe are great for immune-boosting. Came in an aesthetically pleasing and small jar which I liked - you take 1 a day and there are 30 capsules. I've seen the other reviews which say that capsules have a strange smell - I have noticed this but I wouldn't say this has put me off purchasing again.

Take these when I’m run down really think they help.

It took almost 3 months to start feeling the benefits of the turmeric, but it helps alot, as well as supporting my immune system. I have some osteoarthritis & flare ups of rheumatoid in my joints and muscles & with this I have been able to cut back on some of my pain killers

I know you're probably meant to take these daily? But I just take one when ever I feel like I'm coming down with something, and they work a treat, every time!! Couldn't recommend them enough. My one negative is they do really smell bad, but just down it double lively and you'll be grand.

This pot contains a good selection of vitamins and minerals. The vitamin D3, C and B6/B12/B9 (folic acid) are all important, as are the minerals copper and zinc and selenium. Additional extracts have varied health benefit claims, and are a welcome addition. This is a good selection for general immunity boosting, but levels are quite low. The vitamin C is only 180mg per capsule. You can take much more (spread throughout the day) for good health, so it's a bit disappointing. Seeing as you can get a year's supply of D3 for a fiver, this pot starts to look less good value.

I have previously used other capsules from Vitl so I already knew that they make excellent quality products, so when I was offered these Immune Support Capsule via the Vine Program, I was more than happy to try them out and give you my full and honest review of how they fared. They come in a lovely yellow box and inside the capsules are sealed in a small frosted glass bottle with a bright and fun coloured yellow label. It is recommended to take one capsule a day with food and water and this is what I have done. The bottle contains 30 capsules, so in effect a months worth. I love that the capsules are vegan friendly and contain no fillers, bulking agents, artificial colours or preservatives and this is something that I prefer to choose. The capsules are made to the highest GMP manufacturing standards so you know that you are getting a top quality product. The capsules contain the following; Vitamin D3 Vitamin E Vitamin B6 & B12 Vitamin C Folic Acid Zinc Selenium Copper Beta Glucan Curcumin Extract Elderberry 30:1 Extract Black Pepper Extract These ingredients are all designed to support a normal immune system and to help with the development of immune cells. The capsules are easy to swallow with water and have no nasty after taste. I have taken the full 30 day course and can honestly say that I don’t feel any worse than I did before, however I don’t really feel any better either. Although I probably should state that I suffer from a number of health conditions and am on regular prescription medication as well. I think that it is definitely worth giving these capsules a try, as whilst I have seen no difference either way, I felt much happier knowing that I was getting the right amount of daily vitamins and minerals and I am sure that for many people they would work very well. At £9.51 (price at time of review) I believe that they are good value for money and I am giving them a 5 star rating as they are well presented, easily digestible and contain many worthwhile ingredients and I would definitely suggest giving them a try if you want to ensure you get all of these vitamins and minerals each day as they may well work wonders for you. It's good that these are vegan which means that anyone can have them no matter their dietary choices. Great amount of goodness in them to help with the cold and flu season. A little pricey for the amount you get - but then you pay for quality.
