Favorite Nursery Rhymes from Mother Goose

Quality book! The best thing about it are the illustrations... They are so beautiful. It's exactly what I was looking for and will be magical to share with grandchildren. Would be nice for any child under seven.

I bought this book to help my students read. Years later I read this to my baby. The short rhymes and large vivid pictures hold her attention. My husband grew to love this book so much that we bought Scott Gustafson’s other books for her to enjoy when she’s older.

The most beautiful illustrations. The book itself is a bit large; would prefer the size to be smaller - easier to hold share with child on your lap.

One of most beautiful books i have ever seen. Bought as part of a baby shower gift for my granddaughter. Book was approximately 12 1/4" tall x 11" wide. Only negative would be the size - wish it was closer to 10X8 - little easier to hold while rocking a baby and reading or showing child the pictures. But I could not resist buying this book. Mother to be requested a book with a note from giver to baby inside book, rather than a card at bridal shower, which is a wonderful idea.

Big book with big nice pictures that is great for just starting to learn how to read!

The illustrations in this gorgeous hardcover book are simply stunning. Adults will enjoy the beautiful pictures and children too young to read will easily imagine their own stories while gazing at these stunning images. The book is heavy and sturdy and the pages are thick and glossy, giving the feeling that this book will be enjoyed by the family for many years. It contains many familiar rhymes and some more obscure ones. My only complaint is that it does not contain ALL the original Mother Goose rhymes. This is understandable, however, since there is an individual illustration for each rhyme (taking up 2 pages) there simply would not be room to include them all. What it does contain is certainly worth the money and will be enjoyed for years to come!

I bought this book for my 2 year old granddaughter. It is a beautiful keepsake book. The illustrations are works of art.

Beautiful gift! Has every nursery rhyme I know and some that I dont. Paintings are gorgeous and imaginative. A true book treasure and one your kids will ask you to read repeatedly
