They are great for incentive and we paired them with a treasure box. I did not give stickers based on the sticker face and instead let my child pick the colored stickers he liked best. It's a great value, especially to use at home versus school. The sticker size was relatively easy for a 3 year old to pull off on their own or with assistance.
