One syringe holds 3 applications so 3 will last 9 applications. I did 3 applications, 3 days rest then again for a total of 9 applications.

Will this work on chipped front teeth that have filled?

YES, Your natural teeth will part will match up to the white filling the dentist put in for you however if the dentist filled your teeth with a dark shade of white then your natural teeth will be whiter than the fillings.

Does it cause sensitivity?

It can cause sensitivity, but as long as u keep up good brushing habits, that being 2-3 times a day with flossing and mouthwash, then ur teeth will become less sensitive. But yes there is some sensitivity regardless and when that occurs just whiten less often.
