I wear a C+ cup so I ordered the C+ and it was adequate I’m not sure what you would wear I would think that might be an A+. It has the way to silicon.

The sizing chart on the site is pretty accurate. It’s based on your bra size. Find your bra size and the B cup reading on the chart.

Looking for an equivalent to 42D but its not on the chart. And does it come with a cover?
