The thing got stuck again the following week. I am now happy to own this but would like to find a more pemanent solution than biweekly augers. My shower drain didn't take the whole auger but it seemed to work. I fiddled around after some videos and think I finally figured how to more quickly roll it back in. It has some great features to include the water drain panel. I like how easy it is to clean, as well as that I can interchange my power packs with other Ryobi appliances. That's awesome!
