Review: Use with a blue non-scratch pad! - After buying a 1999 38 foot motor home with serious oxidation on it, bought this massive container to start trying to buff it out. I first used this on a power polisher with a lamb's wool pad. It worked okay, but splattered everywhere and my upper body strength failed to support the prolonged use of the heavy polisher. I'm no spring chicken anymore, so it turned out looking okay near the ground, but when I had to be up on the ladder...it was spotty at best. Figured it was the best I could do, since it was so old. But....Just recently I had an epiphany and it's worked sooooo much better. I'll share my hint with you: I applied the stuff to a blue no-scratch Scotchbrite pad, and using elbow grease, polished it again by hand. Game-changer! It looks so much shinier and no swirl marks. It probably is going to take the same amount of time doing the whole coach again this way, but it's turning out so much better. I can work around the protrusions, awning supports, stripes, and molding with ease using the small pad. I found the pad needs changing out periodically since it loads up and wears down. Cheaper than wool pads, more accurate polishing, way less mess. After using this deoxidizer, I followed up with a cleaner-wax, then marine grade wax. 3-step process, but goes fast. My arms and shoulders are getting a workout, but much easier than dealing with a heavy electric polisher, cord, possible burn-thru, wool pads getting destroyed on sharp outcroppings, and funky positions to try to keep the polisher loaded up, running, and under control. Also, absolutely must wear rubber gloves using this stuff.

**Q: Can this be applied in cold weather? 50 degrees**
A: No, we do not recommend applying if less than 55 degrees.  Nothing harmful will happen but it could become much more difficult to apply and remove.

**Q: How much is required to do a 21' RV?**
A: I think I use about one 32 OZ bottle or almost two 16 OZ bottles on my 24' class C RV......

**Q: Hi, can this wax be used on rv aluminum siding? Thank you**
A: I have never used it on aluminum siding. It does great on fiberglass and that is what it is for.

**Q: do they make a  product that works in the sun. Hard to find full shade on a 39 ft fifth wheel**
A: Ideal conditions vs actual conditions.  I apply it in the weather I have and it works.

Product worked great. Cleaned off bugs and light oxidation and left the surface clean and shiny on painted surfaces, vinyl graphics, fiberglass and aluminum rims. I just applied it today so I cannot rate the product on longevity. Also, I applied it by hand and did half of a 33’ class A motorhome today. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stuff is the bomb on a large 5er trailer with fiberglass gel coat.

I have a 38 foot quad slide 5 er that really needed help. It has, to my knowledge, not had a wax or even a wash in 13 years. The epdm roof is shot and needed replacement. All those years of the epdm roof sluffing off and running down the sides of the RV turned the gel coat rough and kind of pasty looking. It really needed some TLC. I tried using this wax but it just was not up to cleaning off 13 years of abuse. After talking to some friends who are detailers they suggested Meguires D-151 restoration cream. After 40 hours of using the D151 and a DeWalt buffer with a wool pad on slow I finally was able to cut through the haze and got down to the restored gel coat. Then I applied this wax as a final protective layer. I put it on by hand and buffed it off using a new wool pad on high. What a difference! The trailer looks new except for the decals which are checked, but that vast expanse of gel coat looks perfect. This wax was the final touch. I even smeared this wax over the checked and discolored vinyl decals and they turned out a bit darker and more even. This stuff is the bomb! Now I actually get compliments of how good my rig looks and when I tell them it’s 13 years old, they simply can’t believe it. I used the D151 and this wax to finish it up. Then, as a final touch, I ordered some turtle wax plastic restorer and put it on any rubber or faded plastic parts like wheel skirts, tires, and the vinyl inserts on the transition strips. I do not believe that this trailer ever looked better then it does right now. I got so stoked on its outwardly appearance that I installed a new hardwood floor in the kitchen, completely remodeled the bath, and installed a new residential fridge in stainless which then necessated a new stainless microwave. I removed the stove and installed a new drawer dishwasher in stainless and replaced the gas cooktop with an inductive cooktop. This trailer had corean counters so I had a counter made to match the existing countersfor where the stove was and installed it there. The inductive cooktop is portable so now if not cooking I have added more counter space. It’s like owning a brand new rig at the cost of 4 payments on a new RV. I could not be happier!
