Gone through 2 of them. Ordering a different brand.
Bought one about a year ago. It went bad in 3 months. The supplier swapped it out. The second one is now bad ~5 months later. I worked in automotive for a long time and Dorman seems very hit and miss for quality. I'm going elsewhere.

Scrap Yard
I was excited to receive this product. After a quick youtube video on how to remove the old one I installed this unit in my 2004 Yukon. The only button that I got to work with all connections verified was the mirror. I would advise find a scrap yard where the part may exist. Even if it was used it would work better than this unit. Best of luck.
