Review: Pathetic product - This is the last product i would suggest someone . The distributor is also not good . They do not have exchange policy and pretty sure reason is they know the product is damaged which is why they don’t have this policy. When you switch on the tong machine the handle warms up till that extend where you can’t hold it . Being a hairdresser i have used a lot of tong machines which have always worked well but this one almost gave me a shock and ag the same time almost burnt my hand because the machine gets heated up not just the part we use for hair but also the handle. Super pathetic distributor and service .
