Works like the original
Very happy with this. It fit perfect and now I can open and close my window easily. Instalation is very easy. The replacement looks like the same qualities as the original part. Plus this was half the cost of original.

Sturdy, and reliable
I have been putting off fixing my windows because I just didn't know how to do it. I was researching and researching and came upon a good video on how to do so. I ended up ordering these because on my old channels it was the same stamp as these. Anyways I put them on after looking at a video and my goodness, it was so easy. The quality of these channels seems pretty good. Once installed I tested my windows and they felt like new. The new channels seem sturdy and fit perfectly. For the price I am pretty happy. Only thing is it took a while to get to my house but other then that no issues. I'll update if anything changes.

Easy to Replace
Replaced my 23 years old window balance. It's so much easier to open and shut it now. And quite easy to replace. Lots of videos on YouTube.

My vinyl sliding window broke and some string hung down the side. It fell heavily on one side while the other seemed ok. I was just glad I could close it again and lock it. I thought I would need to have it replaced. A quick search on YouTube showed that the problem was likely the window balancer and that they can be replaced easily. Removed the old balancer, looked at the part number, matched it up here on Amazon (the numbering format won't be exact match but the digits will be the same) and found this replacement part that comes complete unlike several others that require you install the plastic ends with rivets (why would they do that?). This one came complete and installation literally took 10 minutes or less. I replaced both to ensure they would operate evenly and now my window works better than new, no exaggeration. I am considering replacing other still functional window balancers in my house with these which make opening and closing the window smooth and easy to close. These shipped quickly and were well packaged. GREAT product.

Worst experience - stay away
Absolutely the worst experience. Did not work. One part was missing. Had to return and got charged for shipping both ways. Lost money on this product - something that I could not even use with missing parts. Crazy!
