I just used it for only 5 months and the food start to get stuck in it can i claim a warranty

superb quality
You could just tell from the moment you pick it up, it's a quality item. Well worth the extra cost over a cheaper option. Should last a lifetime. Let you all know if it does, just before i pop my clogs.

Excellent Nonstick Frying Pan.
I was pleasantly surprised by the manufacturing quality of this OXO frying pan and especially its ability to quickly cook my food without sticking. It is really a Nonstick Frying Pan. I can only recommend this product which is of high quality like most of the OXO utensils that I own in the kitchen.
