The flavor was good, but the quality of the pork they used was so gristly and tough, I couldn't use it in anything I wanted to prepare. My family eats a lot of anti pasta and homemade pizzas, and none of us could handle the excessive amount of hard sinew and gristle in this one. I ended up throwing it out. I haven't written a review until now because I had forgotten about it, but it is time to order some more cured products, and that prompted me to write this now.
