Sure thing to use as it really works, price wise it’s similar when you buy from a dentist. I literally used continuously for a week and I stopped biting teeth.

Waste of money. It didn’t last even for a week. After two days, it cracked. So don’t buy. Sometimes we tend to think that expensive means good quality but this piece is absolute rubbish.

It is very hard to get a good fit and you can only do limited amounts of refits. Even after 3 tries i couldn’t get my front teeth to align with the upper front teeth/guard. I have to throw it away to avoid other issues caused my improper fit. Just go to a professional

I spent a lot of money getting a mouth guard made to fit me at my dentist. I recently had to have a back tooth pulled and it no longer fit me. I decided to try one of these. The difference between the dentist and this one is the dentist one was a very hard plastic that sort of snapped onto my teeth. This one is a softer rubbery feel but it is doing the job so far. I have only been using it a couple weeks but it stays in my mouth and I have not bitten through it. It was very easy to prepare the fit. I figure if I have to buy another in 6 months it is well worth it. The price is excellent.

I’ve been struggling with teeth grinding for years to have reached to the level where I would wake up and have to remove broken teeth parts from my mouth. I couldn’t eat for one hour after waking up because of the grinding all night. Today this product has arrived then I slept after I got it. It was a sleep to remember. Highly recommend if you have teeth grinding problems.

Ich hatte wegen Zähneknirschen bereits eine Schiene vom Zahnarzt. Diese sind besser angepasst und dünner, aber auch kostspieliger - bzw. bezahlt die KK solche nur auf Antrag. Nachdem eine der Schienen dem Hund zum Opfer gefallen ist (Was Mensch kaut, kann ich auch kauen x_x') und ich die zweite dann selbst nach wenigen Monaten aufgrund von Zähneknirschen durchgekaut hatte, musste erneut eine Schiene her. Diese erfüllen den Zweck - auch wenn nicht optimal. Aber sie sind günstig und man muss sich nicht extra beim Zahnarzt eine anfertigen und von der KK genehmigen lassen. Also eine gute alternative.

ive tried 3 different guards from amazon, this one was the best packaged, best instructions, very good quality guard, build to last, quite thick which may be an issue to some, when closing your mouth it leaves a bigger gap than other guards. compared to others it is more comfortable, however it is not the snuggest most secure fit compared to other options, almost feels loose to where i was concerned it would fall out of my mouth during sleep, but was happily suprised that i woke up with it still in and secure. so perhaps my initial thoughts are wrong. also remolding is always an option to try to make it more secure. overall great guard. one of the best on amazon.
