I prefer to sleep with white noise so sadly this one doesn’t do that since you can’t even hear it turned on. Great humidifier with 4-5 different settings though. Perfect size for a bedroom, no more nose bleeds from dry winter air; but now I need to buy a white noise machine :)

So to quote another shopper who purchased the Geniani who basically mentioned my concerns and appreciation for it, CHRISTI Description is misleading but it works well. By reading the description I was under the impression that all I had to do was pour water in the top cover which by the looks of it has a slot on top. When I received the product today the directions says do not fill the unit with water that way but rather take the lid off and pour it in." I do want to add that I liked the amount of area it covered. I would recommend the product for a small room. It is an ideal choice if you are looking for a humidifier AND an essential oil diffuser. I would rate it a 3 as an essential oil diffuser. There is a small copartment in the back that has a sponge. This is where you add 8 drops of your choice of essential oil. The scent is eventually filtered and diluted. So it isn't potent. However it is a fantastic humidifier. Absolutely sound proof. With 4 mist levels, and an automatic shut off after 3 hours. Ive definitely had less allergies. It works great for cleaning the air in the room, and the mist works great for my houseplants.

I have chronic sinus issues and have a humidifier near all the time for moisture. With every one I've owned prior, you fill from the bottom, it is a nightmare to clean and it's generally,noisy to some degree because the water bubbles down to the bottom. I bought this little gem on a whim when I saw it fills from the top and the entire top lifts off making it SO much easier to clean. I loved the first one I bought so much, I bought another one. I can't begin to tell how much this humidifier has changed the game for me and my sinus troubles! This thing is whisper quiet .. you never even hear the water trickling down to the bottom. It has the ability to use a scented pad, always a bonus but I haven't used that part of it just yet. The level of moisture output is adjustable and it seems to be a much fine r mist than what I am accustomed to making it more beneficial for sinus or lung issues. The only thing I would like to see changed on this would be to have the ability to adjust the direction of the mist. Regardless of that, if I could rate higher I would I just can't say enough about this humidifier. They could charge so much more for what you are getting but it is exceptionally reasonable. If the company that made needs someone to test a other model, allow me to raise my hand and say, "choose me please!" 🙋

Unit only worked one season, no longer humidifies, water seems to now leak on to the vibration disk in a way that stops it from functioning properly. No fix to be found.
