These reverse light bulbs work and fit perfectly in my 2006 Lincoln Town Car. They are very bright and give my car a whole new look when I'm reversing. I've had them installed for a few months now and they stay in just fine. I recommend these over any other brand! They are plug and play, no modifications needed whatsoever.

Nice and bright!

This is an excellent replacement for single-filament incandescent bulbs, like the 3156. HOWEVER, it is not a replacement for dual-filament bulbs, such as the 3157. Dual-filament bulbs have two filaments that are electrically isolated from each other, with one filament for use as a running light that comes on with the head lights and one bright filament that comes on as a brake light. These LED replacement bulbs are designed so that they short the filament terminals together at each end, which results in them acting like single-filament replacements at all times. When used as a replacement for 3157 bulbs, they produce an excellent bright brake light during the day. However, when the head lights and the rear running lights are turned on, these bulbs come on with full brightness and also let the center-high brake lights turn on. This results in a *DANGEROUS* condition, as there is no indication regarding whether or not the driver is braking. The short circuit in the LED bulbs between the filament terminals could also explain why others experienced blown fuses and damaged sockets. Like most LED replacement bulbs, these bulbs will not turn on if plugged in backwards. This is not a defect, just an irritation. The manufacturer can address this issue by placing a full-wave bridge rectifier between the terminals for each filament circuit and will need to do so to make these bulbs true replacements for dual-filament bulbs.. I purchased two pairs of the red bulbs and one pair of white bulbs and I am keeping the bulbs I installed for the turn signals and for the reverse lights. These really are excellent bulbs when used for single-filament applications and I would give them five stars for that use. I particularly like their focusing lens. However, they should not be used where two filaments are required.

Perfect fit and much brighter than the incandescent one I was running.

Worked great as reverse lights on my 2013 Silverado Quad Cab for 3 years. I had a tinted topper and a tinted rear window which had made it difficult to see out the back when reversing, but these did a great job of lighting up things behind me - wonderful upgrade from the stock incandescent bulbs. Easy installation on Chevy trucks on account of the good design of the taillight assembly; didn't have to cut or modify anything to make the bulbs fit the housing.

So I bought multiple white and multiple amber bulbs all from this brand and put them in my 03 Dodge Dakota along with load resistors on the turn signal circuits. They are MUCH brighter than the old incandescent bulbs and that is a huge plus with the population steadily getting older and having reduced vision along with younger people more engrossed by their phones than driving. It has been just over 2 years now since they were installed and out of 8 bulbs 4 amber and 4 white one of them has started acting up. It was one of the whites that was in my break light so I swapped it for the backup light and it has not been a huge issue. The marker light was working fine on that bulb but the turn/brake indicator was not working correctly. When I press on the bulb some it will make contact so there was likely a bad connection inside of the bulb somewhere that broke loose after a couple summers in Oklahoma along with driving here and there. I would say the powered on time was around 500 hours out of a possible 18K hours well short of the advertised 50K lifespan. But things do happen and I will happily buy some more to have a spare on hand. Included are some pictures of all the bulbs and locations with multiple showing the brightness of the the bulbs compared to flashing and some night pictures and believe me they don't do the bulb's justice. I have reverse lights that are brighter with better coverage than some people's headlights at night.

I bought four sets of these bulbs and installed them on three different vehicles. This bulbs are red in color and are a tab brighter than a modern OEM halogen. They support both single and dual filament operation. If you have a tail light housing that has clear lenses (you can see the bulb through the lenses) you will observe a brightness increase using these bulbs over OEM bulbs. If you housing has a semi transparent (you can't see the bulb through the lenses) you more than likely not observe a impactful performance increase. Lastly, the bulbs are polarity sensitive. If you install and bulb and it does not light up flip the bulb 180 degrees in the socket and it should light up then. Reason for the three stars is because the bulb flickers when installed in a dual filament use case (example: tail lamp and parking lamp as one bulb). The bulb flickers while it is in running lamp or tail lamp mode but when the brake lamp is depressed the flickering stops (this behavior is observed when the engine is running). These work great. Small profile fits in the normal housing, and so much brighter than anything else I've used. Nice to actually have a premium product.

Brightness is good for 900 lumens looks much better than stock halogen bulbs. If u can go then go for their 1200 lumens but I prefer 900 lumens which is enough for reversing

Used them as reverse light replacements. They are so bright it is almost like having driving lights installed in the rear bumper... seriously.
