Subtle Way to Add Resistance. Great for Light Workouts!
I’ve been using these Gaiam wrist weights for a few weeks now and overall, I’m really happy with them. I mainly wear them during walks and they add just enough resistance to feel like I’m getting a little extra out of my routine. I also love how they look. They are sleek and minimal, almost like a chunky bracelet, so I don’t feel silly wearing them out in public. They’re super comfortable and don’t slip around much, which was a pleasant surprise. The adjustable strap makes them easy to fit, and the quality feels solid for the price. That said, they’re definitely not meant for intense workouts, so if you’re looking to build serious strength, these probably aren’t heavy enough.
