A Worthy Supplement!
These were recommended by a gastroenterologist to take along with a strong antibiotic. There's no after taste, and the capsule is easy to swallow. These are wonderfully effective in keeping my body's digestive system well balanced while the antibiotic does it's thing. The plan is to continuing using Align even after completing the antibiotic treatment. It's true that when your gut isn't working right, you just don't feel right. The packaging is easy to use and perfect for those of us who can experience occasional forgetfulness. Inside each box is a 7 day packet. Each packet has a separate slot for each capsule and they are labeled by day so that you can't possibly take more than one day's dose. The capsule is easily removed from the package, so no need to fight the packaging and no need for scissors!

These little suckers sure are expensive at over a dollar per capsule, but they work! I'm taking Vancomycin, a daily antibiotic, and it was really killing all my good gut bacteria and giving me major digestive distress. I take one of these every other night, 2 hours after my antibiotic, and everything's back to normal.
