**Q: how tall is the container when fully expanded?**
A: So glad that you asked. 5 inches tall, BEST microwave popper that I’ve tried. Comes out perfectly each time. My micro (Miele):  popcorn setting plus one minute 👍👍

**Q: What is actual size, in quarts??**
A: 1 quart is 4 cups.  This is 9.3 cups or slightly over 2 quarts.

**Q: Does the popcorn taste more like air popped popcorn or like microwave popcorn?**
A: I’d say air popped although it’s been a while since I’ve had specifically air-popped popcorn. You can toss it in oil/butter, etc. once it’s popped to create whatever flavor you desire. I like it, but FYI if you fill the cap as suggested, I find you get more popcorn than the bowl can contain.

**Q: bought a new inverter microwave and cannot get this to pop. What is going on?**
A: Are you saying the popcorn isn't popping or you can't get the bowl to pop open?  I assume the 1st one.  I'm not sure what the problem is.  I put it on high heat for a minimum of 2 min.   However, I set the timer for 2 min & 30 sec.  Unfortunately, there's quite a bit of the popcorn that still doesn't pop.  Good luck.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great popper with a few flaws

Overall, I like this product and find it easy to use. I deducted one star because it has three flaws: 1. Because the bowl and lid are flexible, it can be tough to get the lid on correctly, especially the first few times you use it. There’s a bit of a learning curve. That being said, I tried using the popper without completely securing the lid, and I observed absolutely no difference in the resulting popcorn. So don’t stress if you can’t get the lid on right every time. 2. Because the bowl is flexible and gets quite hot, it can be hard to take it out of the microwave with hot pads and not spill the popcorn. Consequently, I recommend putting the popper inside a microwave-safe bowl. 3. It is impossible to pop all of the kernels without burning some of the popcorn. So I usually settle for underpopping it to make sure it’s not burned. Otherwise, it works well and is very easy to clean. It’s also very easy to store, especially since the bowl collapses. I use it without oil or butter, so it helps me make very healthy snacks. I use it all the time and would definitely buy it again.
