Delicious!
This hot sauce is great! It's delicious and probably the first time I've had something that has truffle in, it adds a nice earthy taste to the sauce that kinda makes it a bit addictive. I immediately gifted my first purchase to a family member that also loves hot sauces and ordered another for myself, I definitely want to try the black version next! The bottle and cap and overall presentation is great, looks and feels premium. Highly recommend giving this a god if you like your hot sauces!

Really good hot sauce, slightly expensive but not found anything else like it and a little goes a long way

I'll state up front that I have not tried the lower-heat version of this sauce. Based on the price and my personal tastes I decided to skip straight to this hotter version, and after trying it with several foods I am very pleased with my decision and of course the sauce itself. This sauce has a fantastic, unique flavor profile that will still give a satisfying burn. This is a rich, viscous, high-quality hot sauce and I would generally say that a price point between $10-15 is justified, however that also creates a usage conundrum that I will attempt to describe further below. First of all, when you're paying around $2 per ounce you're going to want to be pretty selective with how and when you use the sauce. This is a legitimate high-end hot sauce...how many of those even exist, and how are they supposed to be used? I came up with a few guidelines: 1) The quality of the food should match the quality of the sauce. Can you put this stuff on a cheap frozen pizza and make the pizza better? Of course you can, but also know that the cheap pizza will make the sauce worse. Quality foods will bring out the best qualities in the sauce. 2) Less is more. Again, this is a rich hot sauce and it doesn't take a lot to make its presence known. Start with a small amount and ramp up as desired, but you don't need much to impact the flavor of foods. Given the cost of this sauce you are probably already trying not to be wasteful or excessive, and this is yet another reason to apply it selectively. 3) While it needs refrigeration after opening, the flavor is maximized above room temperature. If you're applying the sauce to a warm dish, you can probably dab it on straight out of the fridge since the dish will bring it out of its cold state. If you're going to use it on something that isn't so warm, I recommend portioning out the amount that you want and either letting it warm up to room temperature on its own or, if you're in a hurry, microwaving it briefly as if you were softening butter (which is to say, gently). You pay for what you get, so use it wisely and you will be very satisfied with the value, and more importantly the flavor.

Very flavorful sauce that’s has a great, non-overpowering heat. Use it on any food that you want to spice up. It’s also my go to gift idea if I don’t know what to get someone. Hasn’t let me down yet. Love it and the others flavors!

Hot sauces fall under 3 categories, regardless of peppers used; 1: Very hot with little flavor. 2: Very flavorful but little heat. 3: A good mix of both. #3 is a rare gem and this sauce comes pretty close to it. Don't expect anything close to even ghost pepper kind of heat with this sauce, but it's definitely the best tasting hot sauce I've had and it has a good taste of heat. Not one you'd get to test your limit of heat, but one you'd get to actually really enjoy your food with a nice small hit of heat. If you want really spicy, this isn't the sauce to go for. If you want a bit of spice in a flavorful sauce, this is fantastic.

As a long time customer in-store, I've found it's hard to come by on the shelf so I ordered online this time and I wanted to share that this hot sauce will be your go-to if you're a first time buyer. Let me share some details. A lot of people will get it just for the heat factor, it's not the hottest sauce around but it is pleasantly more potent than other brands, but that's where the comparison ends. This sauce here has the best flavor that one could ask for, just a little bit in any recipe in place of other brands completely elevates the flavor profile. It goes good with anything. The black truffle stands out and brings whatever you put it on, or in, to a completely different level. These guys know how to make a great hot sauce and you will not regret your purchase. If you like a little heat the regular one is what I'd recommend but with this one a little goes a long way as well. If you like it hot this is the sauce for you hands down. I swear by truff and I'll never switch back to the big name brands. As a side note and a disclaimer I'm not paid, I didn't receive anything free nor do I wish to, truff is just that good.
