Bought the item with some items missing and manual did not match the actual wiring. After 2 months of use, the sound totally disappeared. Won't recommend the following product.

Always strucked video is not properly played and specs is very low as 1gb ram and 16gb rom. But I paid for 2gb ram and 32gb rom. They send worst product. Not a worth for money.

The touch screen becomes crazy sometimes and becomes unresponsive. Poor quality of sound and user interface. Not really recommended

Good seller and perfect product

To start off I want to say... This radio can be priced at DOUBLE the price and it would still be an amazing deal! It does everything you'd want it to. Touchscreen: 10/10 - Responsive and looks good. Bluetooth: 10/10 - It connects instantly with no lag and the sound is really good. Phone Screen Share: 8/10 - The screen share looks good there is a short delay between the phone screen and radio but screen share is ussually like that on most devices. Kind of a hassle to get use to the steps to get started but once you know you're good. Radio: 9/10 - Stock radio app sounds good and gets good signal. Interface looks nice and clean. GPS Navigation: 10/10 - The GPS works really good. The only thing is that you need the right app, because some apps are trash but don't let that make you think this unit isn't good. If you have the right app it works amazingly. Quality/Build: 10/10 - Feels sturdy and well built. Installing The Unit: 10/10 - This was my first time installing a radio in a car and I did it easy. Just read the instructions saw a few Youtube videos and BOOM it was a breeze. EXTRA FEATURES THAT ARE AMAZING! -Youtube, SNES Emulator, Plays Movies, Screen has option to dim when car headlights are turned on, Customizable homescreen (you can literally make it look exactly how you want), Browser, Compatible with voice assistants like "Hey Google" and A MILLION OTHERS!? SUMMARY: This radio is amazing. I could literally go on and on, about the features (I LITERALLY CAN PLAY THE SUPER NINTENDO GAMES ON IT!). The only unfortunate part about this is I feel like the company/ retailer of this product is not using the full potential to market this radio. This radio can literally do anything and more. I made mine look like a computer monitor home screen and before that I had it looking like a Apple themed OS. I'll end this review simply saying, if you are debating about whether to get this head unit or not, TRUST ME you should get it. And if the retailer is see's this, you should contact me about marketing so I can make a proper commercial and video review because this radio is out of this world!

******Update:******* Was contacted by the sales team and was asked a few questions and the advised me that the rear camera adapter has the Bluetooth and Wifi aerial in it. If you are fitting this stereo without the rear camera, still fit this adapter!!!!! After fitting, worked perfectly! Updated apps, downloaded offline map for the Nav, and my son is over the moon! Old review............. Bought this for my son's birthday present, and he was over the moon with it. Then we had it installed. Should have read the reviews a bit more. The biggest problem with this unit is it does NOT connect to ANY WiFi. Tried everything. It connected once, then after leaving the car, has not connected again. Even using the WPS ability. We even had it no more than 10' from the router.

Looks good sounds good but the steering wheel controls for the Dodge challenger are not compatible that's what my installer says how true I don't know. I can't get video output to work to show the image on an external monitor talked to the seller there is an HDMI product that's needed for video output other than that its good radio
