Les moules en fer de chez Gobel, c'est le top ! Attention à bien respecter les consignes de nettoyage cependant (pas de trempage prolongé dans l'eau, pas d'éponge qui gratte, et séchage immédiat après le lavage à l'eau douce avec un produit vaisselle doux). J'ai juste eu une expérience regrettable sur les moules à muffins qui semblent avoir une autre fabrication que les autres moules en fer blanc (avec une couche d'étain qu'il ne faut surtout pas enlever au lavage sinon gare aux odeurs de fer qui peuvent infiltrer les muffins... j'ai dû en racheter une série). Sinon, très bon résultat de cuisson. Je n'ai aucun problème de démoulage (une fois le gâteau bien refroidi). Les moules vont se patiner au fil du temps, ce qui améliore la cuisson, et peut-être noircir un peu comme les bons vieux moules de nos grands-mères. Cela fait six ans que je les ai adoptés. Ils noircissent très peu en fait. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value for a top-tier French import *by R***P on Reviewed in the United States on 24 November 2019* The product I received was actually a Gobel 10” model# 124840 deep fluted tart pan. It was somewhat challenging to purchase this pan at a good price and with reasonable shipping - this arrived in one day at a price below most retail suggestions. Gobel is a well-known kitchen supply manufacturer so this product is legit. The pan has some real heft to it despite just being tinned stainless steel. Note that although it is described as a 10” pan, the outer diameter is closer to 9.75”, while the inner diameter is 8.5” (see photos).Nevertheless, the pan worked wonderfully and cleaned up without any issue with a simple brushing under water. I did not see any rust, nor did I feel edges were dangerously sharp. Although this pan is not “non-stick”, if you use a pie crust with enough fat content, it should unmold flawlessly.
