Great way to work with SAS drives
This along with a LSI 9217-4i4e card is a great way to use SAS drives. Cable is well constructed.

A solution for home tape drive connections
This is the cable you likely need.dont bother with anything else. Fits dell tape housing cases(dremel a bigger hole in the back fan plate),lto drives just dandy.plenty of room for a proper external connection w most sas hba,on standalone towers.
