People come and go all day, so you can imagine the door closer gets a lot of action. Build quality is fantastic as is adjustability (which is not always the case with door closers). Great instructions and templates. A couple weeks ago, I found that a pin had fallen out of the swing arm (an installation error on my part). The part is proprietary or at least is not something you can find in a hardware store. I went to the Lynn Hardware website and contacted them in the off chance they might respond. Sure enough, Brian, the owner, answered me in less than an hour. We confirmed the part and he was kind enough to throw a replacement in the mail. I received it in the next day or so, installed it, and were good to go. I contact manufacturers pretty regularly in my work and I can't tell you how rare and nice it was to reach out, get in touch, find a solution, and lightning quick, too! Really cool.
