Great Laxative
My husband loves this brand cuz it's easy on his stomach and makes going easy, not explosive.

A life saver
Iโm on my second bottle! I wanted to give this several months before making a call. And I can tell you that these little guys can pack a punch. I recommend starting with one or two and see what your reaction is the next day. I take 3-4 at a time, a couple days a week to stay regular.Now, the instructions do say to swallow only one capsule at a time, and for good reason. Even spacing mine 5-15 minutes apart, it would often feel like they were all stuck in my throat for an hour or more! And itโs hurts. No matter how much I swallowed or chugged water, I couldnโt get that feeling to go away. So, I started opening the capsules and mixing the powder with about 2 ounces of apple juice, or into some apple sauce. Wayyyyy better and still works the same.Overall, these are great. Iโll be ordering bottle #3 soon!
