And can it be inside?** A: When I replaced my Hunter Pro-C controller with the Hydrawise X2 I simply took a picture of the existing wiring of the Hunter Pro-C not only to capture the wiring connections but also the color of each wire. It was then simple to connect each station wire to the appropriate terminal inside the box. If in the unlikely event your wires are all the same color, make sure to label them with the station number before you disconnect them. In my case I only have 7 stations so only the terminals labeled 1-7 were used. Also, there is a common wire terminal labeled "C" that I connected as well. It was that simple. Make sure to test each station after making all the connections but mine worked perfectly. Also, my Hunter Pro-C was already in my garage so that's where I placed my Hydrawise X2 controller.
