A typical recommendation is 15 g of ground coffee per 250ml (250 grams) of water. Coarse grind your coffee just before brewing. Follow the instructions and if your coffee is too strong/bitter, try 14 g per 250 ml water next time. If the coffee is too weak, either decrease the water of use more grams per ml of water. There is no magic number, because what's right depends on the coffee, the grind, your water, the temperature of your water etc. **Q: How is the company remedying the plastic parts complaints?
