I got this for post-hip surgery when I wasn't allowed to bend. I wasn't sure it would actually hold on to the razor, but it did. Brilliant little invention! Much cheaper than some other similar tools. Helped me feel properly groomed even though my legs were stuck in compression socks.

Works perfect for after surgery and not being Able to bend. Holds my razor perfectly. Able to extend a decent amount to reach the bottom of leg with no bending. Worth it for recovery!

This shaver holder is very sturdy & adjusts easily in height. You pull the stretchy, wide velcro that's attached to the holder, around your shaver, close the velcro and let go and it holds it tight! No wobbling. The handle itself is also bendable countless times, so you can direct the shaver after attaching it, where you want it. There is also a cord at the top of the handle to put your fingers through, if you need the extra help or to hang it up. Great for after knee surgery.

UPDATE. I AM AN IDIOT. Upon further inspection , I noticed that it DOES BEND on the second part that extends. Updated to 5 stars. What reads below as far as curving is wrong. What follows was my first review and I was wrong only on the ability to bend. However the picture shows it to curve... That is one of the biggest selling point's for me. IT DOES NOT CURVE. With it not having that curved part, it makes it hard to reach around especially if your are thicker. Beyond that, it has a soft wrap on the handle and it telescopes in two parts with a twist to lock ability. For the blade handle holder, i was suprised to see that it was just a strip of velcro wrapping around the spot where the handle for your razor is. Even though it is velcro holding it in place it did keep the razor handle in place and it did not wiggle around. If it had the curved part as depicted I would give it 5 stars, but I can not. UPDATE. A little challenging to use- I have used it after two back surgeries when I can't bend or twist. I had to be seated. I have no regrets purchasing it. Be sure to have dry hands/device or it can slip.

This is fantastic! Wow what a great idea. I had hip surgery and cannot bend over past 90 degrees at the waist. My spouse wasn't keen on helping me shave my legs (didn't think it was necessary!) But I did, so after seeing the great reviews, I placed my order. One recommendation is that if you use a razor like a woman's Venus or Schick Hydro Slick, it might be hard to control the razor. Also, if you use a very slick shaving cream/gel that could be another issue. I switched to a men's-style razor and was able to control it more easily.

Works, sort of. It's hard to control the razor, leading to missed areas.
