ToteScan Intelligent QR Labels for Organization/Moving/Storage (48 Unique Labels, 1.5"x1.5")

Perfect system to know what's in what tote. Stickers hold on to the tote. The app is free and easy to use. Very fast scan the barcode it will sometimes link a product link, otherwise take a picture and add a comment and on to the next item.

This is a long review, but I hope y’all will appreciate the content. Wanting to organize multiple areas in my home, I ordered ToteScan. I couldn’t be happier with the product. I’ve linked ToteScan with Alexa, and learned how to appropriately search. For example “find star bit screws” pulled up all my star bit screws, but saying “find my star bit screws” didn’t work because the word “my” wasn’t in the description or title. If you say “find screws star bit”, it’ll find them with no problem, as the order of the words don’t matter. You have an option to make your ToteScan QR codes private or public. Because the information is stored in the cloud, anyone in my family can scan the QR code that is public with their camera and click the open QR code through their browser and it brings up the contents with pictures. Because there are no duplicate QR codes sold, I’m comfortable with making my totes “public”. I REALLY like this feature, and have included a small video to demonstrate. I haven’t hit a limit on pictures / items in one container, yet. My first aid box has 32 pictures / items in it, and that’s really helpful! As for reviews that said that QR codes are hard to find by themselves - as in trying to read the numbers on the code (they ARE), I purchased some 1 inch stickers that have 124 letters and numbers and logically assigned a letter and number to each tote. (H 1 for my hardware tote, B 1 for my bathroom, etc.) The stickers are cheap and easy to use and see, and I put them on the top and side for easy viewing. I suggest using consistent naming protocols to make your product easier. When using text search or Alexa, some items initially didn’t come up so I looked to make sure I used the same labeling terms. Editing was easy, and I then was able to name each successive tote contents thoughtfully and logically. We had to repair a door that wasn’t hanging properly, and I was SO PLEASED to search for my 3 1/2 inch star bit screws, and know exactly where they were. (I have a large container that held Parmesan, and I put several items inside it so they aren’t loose in the storage bucket, and specified in the naming that’s where they were 🙂. ) I found it much quicker and easier to take all my pictures and editing them, if necessary, PRIOR to adding them. It sped the process up considerably, then I deleted the pictures off my phone once they were uploaded. Finally, I personally haven’t had any issues with the adhesion of the stickers on plastic. I thoroughly cleaned and dried the plastic prior to sticking them on, though. If I encounter problems, I’ll just tape over them with a clear matte tape. I am completely confident that I will purchase more QR codes through ToteScan. I’ve already told several family members how wonderful a product it is, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this product.

These are very helpful with organization while moving and the app is very easy to understand / work.

I'm big on organizing and these labels are a dream come true. Like most, I have storage bins with seasonal decorations/items, spare parts for everything, and home improvement supplies. I will NEVER have to take down multiple bins and guess if an item is in it. You can take a picture of each item, add a description, quantity, and even notes so you could search by keyword in the app. I can tell my husband where something is and I don't even have to get off the couch because of the app. I also use these for my stored linens. I wish they were sticky enough to be more permanent, but I just covered them with packing tape. But even if the QR code is messed up from the tape or falls off and gets lost, it's easy to just use another and move items in app. Comes with plenty of

I love these things! So handy, convenient, easy to use, and a great idea. Only downfalls are one you delete a tag in the app-you can never use it again and you can’t transfer from tote to tote.

We moved across the country and these labels made life soooo much easier when it came to organizing them by room and unpacking them by room. Super easy to use and the app is simple too.

This is the best QR-based storage bin contents tracking system I've found, and I've tried 4 others. This doesn't require a subscription and doesn't store your inventory on their servers. Instead, all the data stays in on your phone.

MUST BUY for anyone who is looking for ways to organize and/or pack/store items. I tried a similar product from another company before giving these a shot. I loved the concept but the other product's app was not user friendly, very slow, and glitchy. I was weary to try this one after my negative experience with the other product because this product had slightly lower ratings, but figured why not? I was an still am EXTREMELY satisfied with the ToteScan QR labels and the related app and very happy I gave them a try. I have told so many people about this product since and have no doubt that I will be ordering more in the near future. The application is extremely user friendly and runs well. I have not tried the app on an iOS (Apple) device but in my experience, if an app works great with an Android, it will work great with an Apple; however, if an App works great with an Apple, it may not necessarily work so great with an Android.

I just love these so much - my entire house and workplace is all labelled up and organised. When I need to find a specific document I can just check my phone without rifling through my office. When I need to know what's in the pantry while I am shopping- it's all there. Etc etc. Handy for insurance purposes too.

Ich weiß nicht, warum das auf dem deutschen Markt zu kaufen ist. Die App dazu kann in Europa nicht runtergeladen werden. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Unternehmen wird das auch in absehbarer Zeit nicht möglich sein.

The codes could be a bit larger as they are generally used on totes.

Great item. Works well and fills a need.

Fabulous & very easy to use. Title says it all. Do have a suggestion though. I use for pantry items squirreled away. However I would like a zero - 0 - quantity option. I repeat buy many items. Having a '0' quantity would allow multiple purchases without having to make a whole new entry again. Having a picture and '0' stock reminds me to buy, without having to write a list - achieving 2 goals in one! Hope it will work in abroad as well (noted that some other QR apps are not international). Always hard to remember what I left with family over there! Ever more important now baggage allowances are so small & checked bag charges are high.
